IT COMES DOWN TO KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE
My career spans across three decades and three different countries. I’ve been fortunate enough to be able to work on a great number of projects, which have required different levels of attention and resources.
From designing/branding coffee packaging as a junior designer in Italy, to managing creative teams, budget and production on major corporate brands like Fujitsu in Japan and Qantas in Australia.
Over the years, I have developed a professional approach to creative design, production, budget and time constraints. I have managed and aligned design teams to corporate ID and marketing requirements.
I have outsourced to third party vendors, monitored client communication, and ensured correct design and production application within the deadlines allocated for each project.
In my capacity as a team manager, I can also performance manage staff and provide performance reviews.
I’m very acquainted with job processes and creative quality standards. I’ve reached the best possible outcomes expected by managing/leveraging design, resources and vendors across business lines in Australia/ NZ, US, and Asia.
My software and production talents range from the usage of desktop publishing and front-end web developing, to more complex video and music production software.
I have provided training and supervised junior designers on the use of design software, workflow management systems and production.

This job includes; art direction, design team monitoring, and liaising closely with printers and client, under tight deadlines and budget constraints.
Some of the materials produced are; Super guide brochure cover, Fact sheet, Application form and Super guide cover for selected members.
Russell Investments “Lost Super” campaign
The Australian Taxation Office currently holds $16.8 billion in lost and ATO-held superannuation accounts. The aim of this campaign is to invite super members to consolidate their lost super under Russell Investments.
This job includes art direction and implementation for printing and web devices.
The extensive campaign materials include; Posters/direct mail, Front-end web developing for desktop computers, smartphones and tablets, Achieve magazine with related lost super article, and Lost super consent form for members.
Qantas Superannuation Fund
Qantas Superannuation Fund suite of communication material for superannuation members.
This job includes art direction, web and desktop publishing design and daily liaison with client and suppliers.
Some of the materials I produced are; Annual report for members, Front-end web developing, Financial toolkit for super members and Monthly fact sheets.
